APWC Ltd were instructed to act as a consultant in identifying repair works carried out to both the failing standing seam aluminium roofing and also problems with the supporting steelwork and inadequate siphonic drainage system to a Leisure Centre in Southern England and also acted as the CA for the subsequent remedial works. 


APWC Ltd were instructed to act as a consultant to identify the reasons for the failure on an aluminium standing seam roof failure in Scotland (which proved to be inadequately fixed secondary steelwork) and advise the Client on rectification. 


 

APWC Ltd were instructed to act as a consultant to identify the reasons for excessive deflections of an aluminium standing seam roof at a School Campus in South Wales and to design a temporary works scheme to restrain the roof from further lifting and also to act as CA for the temporary works scheme. 


APWC Ltd were instructed as a consultant to advise on the reasons for the failure of fixings on cladding, leading to cladding failures on a railway foot bridge in London and advise as to the remedial works required. 


APWC Ltd were instructed by Solicitors to act as an Expert Witness in the case of a cladding dispute on a High-Rise Hotel Building in London. 


APWC Ltd were instructed to act as a consultant and advise on the reasons for the leaking failure of a reinforced bituminous membrane for a green roof during construction on a large residential building in South London for which we recommended complete stripping and re-roofing. 


APWCL was instructed to act as a consultant and advise on the reasons for the continual leaking of an aluminium standing seam green roof on an Office Building in the West Midlands and to act as the CA for the subsequent stripping and replacement of the roof using a hot melt system. 


APWC Ltd were instructed by Solicitors to act as an Expert Witness in the case of a failed standing seam zinc roof in the West Midlands. 


APWCL are employed as a Cladding Consultant acting for a Main Contractor engaged in the refurbishment of existing Tower Blocks in South London and advise on Design, produce Tender drawings and also structural and ‘U’ value calculations, check sub-contractors’ drawings and carry out inspections during the Construction process and advise the Main Contractor on any required remedial works.
